How It all Got started.... The five women that adorned his room with their beauty. Not speaking on the physicality of these lovely ladies, BUT the sheer compassion they still had for him after the High school years, and the awareness to be sensitive towards his situation. They called him Tony for short, and of course he was much obliged to answer to that nick-name. I believe it started during his younger years. Dare i say the exact time-frame (I'm Thinking High-School), and I just might give everyone an inkling as to how seasoned ( Wink )the original members of the group really are. By the way feel free to thank me for the save later. Although there are two(2) sayings that I have become aware of during my fruitful life full of wisdom: 1) "You are only as old as you think" 2) "You are only as old as you feel" As for me personally, I'm thinking I should bow out gracefully and keep silent on the matter. To get back on track the group started developing right under their very eyes. After all " tony" as they knew was a man of many trades. Including lots of tricks up his sleeves. He gave the women a task to accomplish. Thinking back I believe it was a combination of the assignment given, and their compassion/empathy for him that led to the inquiring minds wanting to know if there was anything that they could do for him. As for him being a jack of all trades, and a master of the minds had the perfect response to their genorosity. People who have alot of wisdom often go through life either fulfilling their purpose, and or hoping/looking to stumble upon what " God" has in store for them. So with that said my brother wanted them to go out and have fun. Referencing to the idea that people should go out and enjoy life versus just living. Of course he was not trying to discredit the path's that they chose, but instead giving them a little extra push to continue on with what they started. Assignment: Have a get together and have fun for me...considering that I am in a hospital bed and you are not. So they began working on the assignment right away to my surpise. Talking amongst both themselves, and my brother thinking of a halfway point ( distance wise). A few minutes went by , and all of a sudden I hear them speak of the destination spot. " Creekside Inn". I don't go out very much anymore, however i am very familiar with their place of choice. Kind of laid-back biker/hippie bar. Well you all know I've spent many nights with my brother. Dare i say there was one very memorable evening that stuck out amongst the crowd during " our "( Big Boy and I ) sleep-overs. Of course I am referring to the very night that his angel's set out to have fun outside of the hospital...( shaking my head ). It was an awesome experience for him, and well the both of us. When the first text message came in (pic Msg ,my brother's eyes lit up and I swear he a had what you would call a" Perma-Grin " on his face. When he saw the ladies with black t-shirts on and the name "TONY'S ANGELS' written in gold, he was like a kid in a candy store. You see there are alot of people of whom we meet in life that offer their services, and/or say that they will be their in a time of need. Considering the above statement holds alot of truth to the matter, my brother was over joyed to see that these women kept their word, and did exactly as he asked them. In fact they far surpassed his expectations. My Big Bro has a big heart and that night he was shown that there actually are people out in the world that really care about the people in their lives. ON BEHALF OF MY FAMILY I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU SOO MUCH FOR MAKING HIS DAY. NOT ONLY DID IT MAKE HIS DAY... I THINK IT HELPED TO CHANGED THE WAY HE LOOKED AT PEOPLE IN GENERAL.
